CHALL CARES CODE OF CONDUCT

In order to advance the principles of sportsmanship and fair play and to promote mutual respect among players, coaches, umpires and spectators the Cherry Hill Atlantic Little League (CHALL) has established this "Code of Conduct" (hereafter referred to as "the Code").

The Code shall govern the actions of players, coaches, league administrators and spectators. It shall be the obligation of ALL program participants, spectators and volunteers, and board members to comply with the terms and provisions of the Code.  We urge that you to read this document and go over this policy with your children.

Any person violating the any portions of this Code shall be subject to administrative action, up to and including termination of his/her privilege to participate in, or attend, any or all CHALL sponsored activities.

All coaches, managers and other volunteers who have direct contact with the players must fill out a complete Little League International Volunteer form in order to be eligible to volunteer at the CHALL complex.  This form must be completed every year prior to the season.

Any reported violations of any portion or portions of this Code will be fully vetted and investigated by the CHALL Care Committee at the earliest possible opportunity to ascertain to the best of their ability the full facts and circumstances of the alleged violation.  The Committee at its sole discretion may seek to interview witnesses to the alleged violation and will always attempt to discuss the matter with alleged violator within 48 hours of the situation being brought to the attention of the committee.   At the conclusion of the fact-finding process, the Committee will make recommendation to the CHALL Board of Directions who will determine the appropriate disciplinary action.

If you are a witness to something that you think may be in violation of this Code, we urge you to report it immediately to any CHALL Board member or directly to the CHALL Cares e-mail.  Board Member contact information and the CHALL Cares e-mail address can be found on the CHALL website www.CherryHillAtlantic.com.
